Tools for Everyday Life (Arjen työkaluja) is a collection of conceptual tools, with which anyone can modify their way of perceiving and relating to the world. The tools were developed at the Reality Research Center in the course of a two-year artistic research project titled Utopian Reality. Since spring 2012, they have been applied and taught to the public in a number of events and workshops both in Finland and abroad, for example at the Performance Studies International in Leeds, the Museum of Modern Art in New York, the World Design Capital Pavilion in Helsinki as well as Kiasma Contemporary Art Museum in Helsinki.
The tools were published as a book in Spring 2014.
